MEET THE CLIENT

Diana Gomez Litan

Specialized Nurse Practitioner (SNP), founder of Super Didi Mobile

Diana began her career in 2007 as a nurse clinician, accumulating extensive experience in various departments from general medicine and nephrology to surgery and emergency. At the same time, she had the opportunity to teach nursing at Collège de Bois-de-Boulogne, Université de Montréal and McGill University at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

A primary care nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine for the last five years and increasingly passionate about her profession, she began offering home consultations during the pandemic. It was after an inspiring trip to Peru that she took the leap and committed to making healthcare more accessible, human and holistic. That’s how Super Didi Mobile was born.

THE BRIEF

When we began working with Diana, she told us she had never seen a healthcare website that inspired her. And we were up for the creative challenge! She wanted a fresh, joyful and welcoming website that reflected her dynamic personality as well as the innovative nature of her mobile clinic. At the same time, she wanted to remain professional and trustworthy, providing clear and thorough information about her holistic healthcare services, while making it easy for clients to request an appointment at home, at work or online.

THE SCOPE

  • Design a website in a daythat reflects Diana’s core brand values of respect, quality, responsibility, collaboration, client care, empathy and flexibility.

  • Opt for a vibrant and bold design, emphasizing both character and clarity.

  • Select modern fonts, bright colours grounded by neutrals, and fun icons that reinforce her brand’s energy.

  • Prioritize a concise layout that’s easy to navigate, with the main objectives being for clients to understand the scope of her services, book an appointment or keep her in mind for future needs, and follow her on social media for educational content.

HOW THE DAY UNFOLDED

Using our Design Day model, Drea and Diana collaborated to achieve the following milestones:

  • Created a Pinterest mood board and explored other websites together to establish a simple branding direction.

  • Conducted a strategy meeting to discuss the site map, visual elements, and gather inspiration.

  • Defined a vivid color palette of neon yellow, pink, orange and green with neutral beige and navy to create balance.

  • Fully designed the Homepage, Contact page and three others listed below, all featuring a minimalist top menu and strategically-placed CTAs.

  • Created a detailed Services page, broken down by type of consultation, along with a separate FAQ page to address pain points.

  • Also created an About page in order to build trust by highlighting Diana’s credentials and story as well as explaining how her mobile clinic works.

  • Included a footer with visually appealing map section listing the areas Diana serves followed by a Google Reviews widget automatically integrating her client testimonials.

THE FINALE

Super Didi Mobile now has an exciting central hub for client information, bookings and links to educational healthcare content on social media. This new website and branding position her as a bold, yet approachable medical professional who’s dedicated to doing things differently.
